RAK - THE MOVING TRAIN
Silence, they say, is sometimes the best answer but at times there is something terribly wrong with keeping silent when people inebriated by the desire to gather attention make allegations against good-meaning people.
I have read with great discomfort the post making rounds on social media on the person of Hon. Mobolaji Ogunlende RAK. This post, however, is to set the records straight.
Since the appointment of RAK as the SA to the Governor on Special Duties and IGR, everyone can boldly say he has been performing excellently within and outside Badagry. To him, the appointment is another opportunity to give voice to the years-long call for the development of Badagry and he hasn't stopped and will not stop doing that. Those who keep trying to bring him down because of this appointment are only wasting their time as God will continue to elevate him. Needless to say that we only see these defamatory posts as mere distraction because RAK's works will surely speak for him.
Again, I dare these people to point me to where RAK said he single-handedly won Badagry for BOS. RAK is someone who will never stop acknowledging the efforts of the APC leaders in Badagry and it will be disrespectful building how reputation off the efforts of these people.
Dear good people of Badagry, this is time for us to come together in order to make Badagry relevant on the state's political scene. Let stop this politics of bitterness. It divides us more than it can ever move us forward.
